Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role
- Salesforce Admin Certification (or equivalent job experience)
- Experience developing deep working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple teams
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce (B2B use case), including managing key CRM objects and making process improvements
- Proficiency with other sales tech tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and more
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and data analysis
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing day-to-day sales operations activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's goals
- Overseeing the management of key CRM objects and data such as leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities within Salesforce
- Overseeing our data governance including sourcing and iterating on our ICP, outbound campaigns, etc
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement and refine sales processes, including lead and account assignment
- Identifying areas for increased pipeline generation and other sales efficiencies
- Integrating and maintaining modern third-party sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo.io, Clay, HubSpot, and others to ensure seamless operation and data flow
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the sales operations platforms and tools
- Providing reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to sales leadership for better decision-making
- Training and supporting the sales team in using CRM and other sales tools effectively
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency
