  • Deep operational skillset — you know how to spin up, run, and scale multi-part programs with a systems mindset
  • Experienced working across hybrid formats — digital programs, global in-person activations, and everything in between
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a strategic bridge to external stakeholders
  • Strong in ambiguity and detail: you can navigate shifting priorities while keeping programs moving forward
  • Data-aware and outcome-oriented: you know how to define and track what matters
  • A generous teammate: kind, collaborative, and invested in the growth of those around you

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure community efforts are aligned, supported, and impactful
  • Partner with internal data and operations teams to define success metrics, build dashboards, and report on program health
  • Own the day-to-day orchestration of the community roadmap — ensuring programs are staffed, sequenced, and progressing as planned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in analytics, infrastructure, or open-source communities
  • Familiarity with dbt (or eagerness to learn it quickly)
  • Comfortable using or helping shape internal tooling (CRMs, dashboards, Airtable, etc.)
  • Background in building or supporting systems for community contributions, support, or education
