Summary
Join our Revenue team as an Operations Senior Associate and play a crucial role in coordinating the onboarding and deployment of mental health providers. You will ensure smooth operational and logistical processes, enabling seamless provider experiences and efficient client service delivery across regions. This role involves managing provider onboarding, logistics, and communication, while maintaining accurate records and dashboards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure timely responses to urgent support requests.
Requirements
- Available to work Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PHT), with flexibility around schedules
- Min 2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or coordination role (healthcare or tech background is a plus)
- Comfortable and experienced using digital tools like Google Workspace, project management software and learning new tools to support client engagements
- Thrive in fast-paced, remote work environments and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-focused
- Strong communicator and enjoy working with people across functions, cultures and timezones
- Work in a diverse environment with people from over 10 countries
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and deployment process for new providers, including scheduling, setup, and training
- Manage logistics for provider assignments, system access, and operational readiness
- Serve as the go-to liaison between providers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment
- Monitor weekend operational needs and respond to urgent support requests or service disruptions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of provider onboarding progress and compliance
- Maintain and update internal dashboards to track client interactions and monitor support effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve onboarding workflows and logistics coordination
