Operations Specialist

Summary

Join dLocal's Operations Payins team in Brazil as an Operations Specialist and ensure smooth operations and process optimization. You will identify and solve operational issues, collaborate with internal teams, analyze performance, and recommend solutions. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with knowledge of data analytics and reporting. Requirements

• Someone open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams worldwide
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Observant profile to determine where the flaws lie (attention to detail)
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Identify problems, operational issues, and potential concerns
• Work closely with the rest of the company to make their life easier, by providing the information they may need, such as transactions information, feedback from our local providers, and analysis of the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (Audit, BackOffice, etc)
• Analyzing performance results and promoting optimizations in order to get the best conversion rates possible
• Recommend solutions: based on the research and analysis, make presentations and reports that support the recommended solutions to the identified problems and concerns

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL knowledge
• Experience in the fintech/payment industry
• Data Analytics experience
• Spanish
