As the Operations Specialist, you will directly support the CEO and Operations Manager, managing projects from start to finish, collaborating with teams, and playing an active role in client engagement and operational support.

Requirements

• Be a phenomenal communicator; verbal and written communication are your jam
• Have an eye for detail and organization
• Operate with curiosity and enjoy being involved in different areas of the business
• Move with intention and be hyper aware of time sensitive deadlines
• Have a strong background and desire to manage projects from start to finish
• Enjoy problem solving and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidence while doing so
• Experience working with a small team of decision-makers, with a focus on collaboration and openness
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience with Zoho or similar enterprise software
