Summary
Join aiEDU, a growing non-profit, as a Learning Operations Specialist! This full-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule and competitive compensation ($85k-$95k). You will support curriculum and professional learning operations, collaborating with senior leads to manage curriculum production, delivery, and professional learning sessions. Responsibilities include project management, curriculum operations, and professional learning operations. Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in education, with a preference for teaching experience
- High attention to detail and digital organization skills
- Excellent project manager
- Highly effective written communication skills
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and apply to work
- Ability to prioritize and stay focused on outcomes
- Ability to effectively work across teams/projects
- Ability to manage and organize data from curriculum use and surveys
- Eager to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, team-focused environment
- Experience with learning management systems
Responsibilities
- Set-up and actively project manage the curriculum design production roadmap
- Ensure timely communication to all relevant parties on design projects, including regular updates and reminders as needed
- Proactively identify and work with the Senior Lead, Curriculum and Director, Learning if project timelines are not being met
- Manage project-based curriculum operations with external partners and uploads to external websites
- Design and manage the mechanism in which curriculum is delivered
- Coordinate final curriculum production processes (branding, publishing, etc)
- Manage curriculum team inbox and respond to requests
- Management of website content for curriculum
- Opportunity to develop curriculum
- Opportunity to manage grant deliverables
- Manage Professional Learning calendar, including setting up Zoom and communication to participants
- Implement educator, leader, and partner surveys and support with data analysis
- Support with Trailblazers and Educator PLC operations
- Management of certification programs/credentialing logistics
