The Learning Operations Specialist role is responsible for supporting our curriculum and professional learning operations, managing curriculum production process, and working with Senior Lead Curriculum and Director, Learning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in education, with a preference for teaching experience
  • High attention to detail and digital organization skills
  • Excellent project manager
  • Highly effective written communication skills
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and apply to work
  • Ability to prioritize and stay focused on outcomes
  • Ability to effectively work across teams/projects
  • Ability to manage and organize data from curriculum use and surveys
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, team-focused environment
  • Experience with learning management systems

Responsibilities

  • Set-up and actively project manage the curriculum design production roadmap
  • Ensure timely communication to all relevant parties on design projects, including regular updates and reminders as needed
  • Proactively identify and work with the Senior Lead, Curriculum and Director, Learning if project timelines are not being met
  • Manage project-based curriculum operations with external partners and uploads to external websites
  • Design and manage the mechanism in which curriculum is delivered
  • Coordinate final curriculum production processes (branding, publishing, etc)
  • Manage curriculum team inbox and respond to requests
  • Management of website content for curriculum
  • Opportunity to develop curriculum
  • Opportunity to manage grant deliverables
  • Manage Professional Learning calendar, including setting up Zoom and communication to participants
  • Implement educator, leader, and partner surveys and support with data analysis
  • Support with Trailblazers and Educator PLC operations
  • Management of certification programs/credentialing logistics
