Order To Cash Specialist

Summary

Join insightsoftware's growing team as a remote Order Management Specialist based in Germany! This role focuses on supporting German customers across various product lines, working closely with the EMEA & APAC Order to Cash team. You will be responsible for license key generation and fulfillment, order activation, invoice generation, customer query resolution, and more. Fluency in both English and German is essential. The successful candidate will gain expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, mastering order-to-cash processes and achieving key performance indicators within the first year.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (speaking and writing)
• Order management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels both within and outside the insightsoftware Group

Responsibilities

• Generate and fulfill license keys to customers
• Activate orders
• Ensure correct customer approvals are in place for order processing
• Review orders for accuracy before activation (for orders generated by direct and indirect sales teams)
• Generate and submit invoices to customers
• Handle general customer queries
• Manage customer renewals and account adjustments
• Monitor order, accounting, and fulfillment case queues for assigned product lines
• Follow up on order management
• Collect outstanding receivables
• Process renewals
• Generate quotes and opportunities for product sales & professional services
• Reconcile debtor accounts
• Monitor telephone service emails daily and distribute as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Software industry experience
• Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce
