Responsibilities include researching prospects, conducting outbound prospecting through various channels, developing tailored messaging, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery calls, collaborating with marketing, using CRM and sales engagement tools, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS or logistics/transportation industry preferred), proven success with outbound sales, familiarity with CRM systems, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset. Bonus points for experience selling to freight brokers or 3PLs and familiarity with TMS platforms. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS or logistics/transportation industry preferred)
  • Proven success with outbound sales and appointment setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A curious, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify qualified prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP) within the freight brokerage and 3PL space
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Develop tailored messaging and sequences that generate interest and response
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead conversion and feedback loops
  • Use CRM and sales engagement tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance
  • Stay up to date on transportation industry trends, competitor offerings, and value-based selling strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to freight brokers, 3PLs, or supply chain professionals
  • Exposure to TMS platforms or logistics technology
  • Startup or early-stage company experience
  • Located within driving distance to our Irvine, CA Headquarters
