Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing performance
  • Ability to analyze data, apply critical thinking, and generate actionable insights to drive marketing success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships
  • Hands-on experience in digital ad analytics software and a deep understanding of performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in search engine marketing, specifically in bid monitoring and adjustment of paid search campaigns, and creating highly relevant and targeted ad copy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to paid media and client work
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal growth
  • Google Search and Google Display Certifications are required; Google Shopping and Meta Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant advertising channels
  • Oversee paid campaigns across all digital channels to ensure strong ROI and efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC)
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword research, performance analysis, budget management, and bid strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers and clients to understand their digital marketing needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and appropriate action using critical thinking to inform marketing strategies and improve overall campaign performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Work closely with the Campaign Managers and Technology team to identify and implement process enhancements or automation opportunities to boost efficiency and business results
  • Share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results to the management team; implement and report on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Execute timely in a fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritization skills
