- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, with an emphasis on audience optimization and intent-based targeting
- Drive results by segmenting and optimizing audiences, prioritizing intent-based targeting and retargeting to guide prospects through the customer journey
- Strategically plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels to align with client acquisition goals
- Leverage data insights to refine audience targeting and retargeting efforts based on user intent, ensuring each campaign reaches the right audience at the right stage
- Conduct A/B testing on creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies
- Use analytical findings to continuously refine campaigns and improve ROI
- Stay proactive in analyzing customer behavior and emerging trends, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and maximize conversion rates
- Generate comprehensive reports, communicate performance metrics to stakeholders, and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and SEO, to align campaigns with brand messaging and achieve cohesive campaign goals
