Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You have 1+ years in the digital marketing space managing paid and/or organic media campaigns, preferably at an agency
• You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
• You recognize the importance of being engaged in your work and keeping your clients engaged as well
• You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
• You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well

Responsibilities

• Support the team that oversees the day-to-day operations of our clients’ paid media programs including paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn), etc., paid search, and SEO (Google, Bing, etc.)
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports reflecting campaign progress and optimizations
• Perform in-depth analyses on client programs – identifying shortcomings and areas for growth as well as successful trends and competitive evaluations
• Ideate ad content, copy, and creative to highlight our clients’ products and services
• Leverage industry insight, creativity, and relationship-building to bring new opportunities to the table
• Participate in weekly client calls to share progress and updates
• Support the sales team with identifying opportunities relating to prospective clients
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and be well versed in speaking about trends and initiatives
