Summary

Join BeyondTrust as a Paid Media Manager and lead the global paid media strategy, encompassing planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for all paid advertising campaigns. You will manage the demand capture strategy across various ad channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, and Targeted Display Advertising), creating an integrated paid campaign strategy. This role involves managing the annual paid media budget, maximizing ROI, and serving as the primary contact for digital agency partners. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on digital marketing trends are crucial. You will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and contribute to BeyondTrust's mission of creating a safer world through cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years Experience in B2B Digital Marketing, including experience managing paid advertising campaigns on a global level
  • Hands-on experience working in advertising platforms across paid search, paid social, display networks and video platforms
  • Solid understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) advertising strategies and channels to engage buyers
  • In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management, keyword research and optimization practices
  • Experience managing external agency relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage always-on paid media campaigns, including ad creative, setting up ad campaigns, optimizing for performance and reporting on results
  • Oversee and manage the annual paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI of ad spend
  • Serve as the primary contact and manage day-to-day relationship of our digital agency partners -aligning campaign efforts to the company’s business strategy and objectives
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing (Americas, EMEA, APJ) and Integrated Campaign marketing on digital campaign strategy and make recommendations for optimizations in their respective geos and strategic campaigns
  • Partner with SEO and Social Media teams to align paid media with organic channels
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and continuously recommend new channels to engage our target audience and buyer personas
  • Execute multivariate tests, including ad copy and landing pages to reach performance targets
  • Provides regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders, communicating key insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Cyber Security / B2B SaaS Companies
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to identify and solve problems related to campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and ensure accuracy in campaign setup and execution
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, etc
  • Experience with ABM technologies (6Sense, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with A/B testing a plus
