Summary

Join Crunchbase as Paid Media Manager and lead our Paid Advertising campaigns, focusing on performance marketing and top-of-funnel awareness. You will oversee the entire ad creation process, monitor spend and performance, collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and execute tests, work closely with Analytics to ensure paid media attribution aligns with best practices, develop creative solutions, report on paid media progress, and communicate paid media insights, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing paid media campaigns, with a strong track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and display
  • SaaS and/or startup experience is highly desirable
  • Skilled in designing and executing experiments to drive growth
  • Proven ability to meet performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
  • Proficient with Google Suite, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with scripts, Google Tag Manager & GA4 preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire ad creation process, from creative brainstorming and audience targeting to agency direction and campaign launch
  • Monitor spend and performance to ensure ROAS goals are met and leads convert efficiently throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to design and execute tests that attract the right customers and boost revenue
  • Work closely with Analytics to ensure paid media attribution aligns with best practices and accurately captures all ad-sourced conversions
  • Develop creative solutions, act quickly, and confidently present to internal stakeholders to inform decisions and prioritize resources.Reporting and Communication: Report on paid media progress and ensure clear and effective communication of paid media insights, challenges, and successes
