Requirements

  • 1–2 years of paid media experience in an agency setting is required
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; additional platforms are a plus
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and reporting platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration
  • Attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup and reporting
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US as a W2 employee without sponsorship
  • Must be US-based
  • Must be able to successfully work remotely

Responsibilities

  • Execute paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Manage campaign budgets and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)
  • Create and test ad copy, audiences, and creative assets to maximize results
  • Conduct keyword research, manage negative keywords, and implement bidding strategies
  • Support A/B testing efforts to optimize campaign performance
  • Assist with audience segmentation and targeting to align with client goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations
  • Prepare performance reports and participate in client meetings to share insights
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and reporting platforms to track and measure results
  • Assist with client onboarding and regular communication, including calls and presentations
  • Collaborate with senior team members to align campaign execution with broader strategies
  • Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
  • Work under the mentorship of senior team members to develop advanced skills in paid media strategy and execution

Preferred Qualifications

E-commerce or Shopify experience is a bonus but not required
