Summary
Join our team as an Ads Account Specialist and manage profitable lead-generation campaigns. You will optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, conduct thorough research, and track results in HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with internal teams, create reports, and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities. This role demands problem-solving skills, polished ad copywriting, and proactive workload management. You'll need strong paid media experience and proficiency in reporting tools. Remote work, 13 floating holidays, and 15 vacation days are offered.
Requirements
- Fluent in English β oral and written communication
- Strong skills and 3β5 years of hands-on paid media experience Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Facebook is a plus)
- Knowledge of using and linking campaigns with HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data to make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
- Comfort with campaign budgeting, bidding, and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and a self-starter attitude
- Proficiency in reporting: Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and optimize the paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
- Continuously track campaign results in HubSpot CRM and link campaigns to CRMs and verify that leads are being delivered correctly
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid media and apply this knowledge to daily work
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams, such as creative and data analytics, to ensure efficient campaign execution
- Create standardized reports and customized reports in presentations
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify campaign optimization opportunities
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities by tackling challenges independently, taking initiative to overcome obstacles, and asking for support only when necessary
- Ability to write polished, persuasive ad copies
- Contribute to testing strategies that drive campaign improvements
- Proactively manage workload across multiple accounts and deliver on-time
