Summary

The position is an independent contractor and offers a salary range of $1400 - $2000 USD depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in paid marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and key opportunities
  • Create detailed media plans, including budget allocation and channel selection
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels
  • Manage keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign results, and budget utilization
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and marketing goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sales objectives
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for future actions
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and high ROI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus

Benefits

  • Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday to Friday
  • Salary Range: $1400 - $2000 USD depending on experience
