Requirements
- Proven Experience in Paid Media: Extensive experience managing large advertising budgets, specifically on Meta platforms, with a proven track record of success
- Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Meta Business Suite and experience with other social media platforms such as TikTok and Twitter
- Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing within the health sector, particularly male health or wellness
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Consumer Insights: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, especially in the health and wellness domain
Responsibilities
- Ad Spend Management: Oversee and manage daily ad spending of up to $10K on Meta platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness
- Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and audience engagement objectives
- Platform Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite for campaign management, along with proficiency in platforms like TikTok and Twitter
- Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance
- A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI
Preferred Qualifications
Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous
