Join our growing Digital team as a data-driven Paid Media Specialist! You will collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers to create, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns for B2B clients. This role demands expertise in Google, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising platforms, along with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach. You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting findings to clients and internal teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional language skills a plus. This position offers a permanent remote work arrangement with various benefits.
Requirements
- Have a strong background in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns through Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Have agency experience working with B2B clients and understand the nuances of B2B digital marketing
- Have expertise in LinkedIn strategies, audience targeting, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Be proficient in analyzing performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cost per acquisition) and leveraging insights to improve campaign efficiency
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Be a clear communicator, comfortable presenting detailed findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients if needed
- Love collaborating and be able to effectively communicate performance insights and strategy recommendations
- Be fluent in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid media campaigns via the Google, LinkedIn, and Meta campaign manager platforms to meet client KPIs
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine ad targeting and performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
- Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution by setting up UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager configurations if needed
- Work closely with Terra Digital Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies
- Build clear, actionable performance reports and insight-led presentations for clients and internal teams
- Stay up to date on the ever-changing paid media landscape, and recommend relevant new ad strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Have additional language skills (such as French)
- Have knowledge of Demandbaseβs Ads product (or competing ABM products)
