Requirements

  • Experience managing and optimizing Sponsored Products campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, DoorDash, and Kroger
  • Experience managing and optimizing Display campaigns on the Amazon DSP
  • A BS or MS/MBA in a Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems related field
  • Experience with digital media buying platforms
  • Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a solution or process
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Co-Manage North America digital media campaigns across retail media networks (RMNs), owning the campaigns from creation through ongoing optimization to deliver specified KPIโ€™s
  • Effectively and efficiently manage media budgets across brands with careful consideration
  • Using real time dataโ€”analyze & identify insights to deliver incremental and profitable growth for our brands via e-retail search and retailer owned & operated display
  • Create standardized reporting and present data on a regular basis to internal and external business partners
  • Be a platform expert on retail media trading platform โ€“ understand and share new or scalable capabilities, utilize existing tools to drive retail media KPIs
  • Be a thought leader and help us transform what winning looks like via new ideas, processes, and outside-the-box thinking
  • Lead proof of performance and stewardship for media activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across multiple Retail Media Networks (RMNs), DSPs across multiple brands
  • Experience working in Pacvue or similar API based platforms integrating data across RMNs
  • Experience working/analyzing media campaign conversion
  • Data Analytics skills, including experience using analytical tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Familiarity media KPIs and metrics
