Paid Media Specialist

Summary

Join our fast-growing company as a Paid Media Specialist to drive growth through paid social, display, and video campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience, particularly in Paid Social, Display, and Video Ads (YouTube, DemandGen)
• Proven track record in lead generation marketing and working with sales funnels, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong communication skills in English (additional European languages like Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, or German are a plus)
• Experience with automated bidding, audience building, and developing prospecting and retargeting strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management across Meta and Google Ads (Google Display, YouTube, DemandGen), from strategic planning to execution and optimization
• Proficient in building and refining audiences using first-party data, website visitors, and lookalike audiences
• Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences
• Possesses expertise in Cost Cap, Bid Cap, and Target Cost bidding strategies, with a deep understanding of Meta's algorithm
• Proficient in setting up and managing Conversion APIs, utilizing data signals for refined targeting
• Exhibits strong analytical skills for data interpretation and A/B testing to optimize performance
• Experience in addressing tracking challenges in demand generation advertising, understanding the importance of running conversion lift or brand lift tests
• Stay on top of the market by researching and finding new ways to expand and grow in different channels (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora) to drive new customer acquisition
