Summary

Join Anteriad's Paid Media Team as a Digital Marketing Analyst and contribute to innovative B2B marketing solutions. You will manage paid search and social media campaigns, analyze performance, and identify growth opportunities. This role requires 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in various advertising platforms. This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship or Student STEM OPT Work Authorization.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (SEM/Social Media/Digital) required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Advertising experience and/or certifications
  • Attention to detail, ambitious, growth-minded
  • Ability to recognize patterns of client need/behavior to optimize service and solutions
  • Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, optimize and maintain digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns for Anteriad clients, responsibly spending advertising budget
  • Regularly analyze program performance to unearth new growth areas & optimization opportunities
  • Regular presenting & reporting on campaign performance—constant optimization & balancing of scale/ROI
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the corporation and all clients
  • Work cross-functionally with other Anteriad teams to build out infrastructure that integrates traditional digital marketing reporting with multi-channel analytics to determine proper role in each client’s marketing mix
  • Stay up to date on the latest paid media trends and best practices
