You will manage day-to-day operations, optimize campaigns, lead initiatives, and report on performance. - Good analytical skills for someone of their experience, an ability to deliver clear reporting and develop actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of channels
- Manage day-to-day operations across Paid Search, handling creative testing, optimizations, reporting, and innovation
- As the resident channel expert, you’ll confidently answer questions, own performance, and push to stay ahead of the competition
- Continuously test and refine campaigns, strategies, and creatives to maximise volume and minimise cost
- Beyond channel management, lead initiatives like landing page experiments and new channel launches
- You’ll have the autonomy to propose and execute projects, with support from data and engineering as needed
- Own performance reporting for your channel (and any you take on in future)
- While you don’t need analyst-level skills, you should be comfortable digging into data, understanding trends, and clearly communicating results
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably in mobile/app first company
- Preferably in finance vertical
- Ideally they’ll have worked in a company where creative in marketing is valued and high quality, though would consider this for the right person
