• Contact/train/maintain rejected homes or Maintain TV Panel Demohealth balance
• Work closely with field engineers to coordinate panels request and service order
• Support ad-hoc projects
• Panel Data update and management

• Preferred to use Excel/ Google spreadsheet
• Preferred inbound & outbound call experiences
