Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • Ability to deal with problems that are varied and require analysis or interpretation of the situation, by using knowledge and skills, and general precedents and practices
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills, particularly in the ability to explain technical points to non-technical people
  • Knowledge and hands on experience of sampling software (e.g. Dimensions)

Responsibilities

  • Take complex feasibility requests from researchers and respond with a detailed, well thought out sampling solution in an accurate and timely manner
  • Use experience to liaise with internal clients, advising on best practice and assisting with problem solving
  • Manage multiple projects in field, ensuring all are progressing and liaising with internal clients with proactive solutions if a different approach is required
  • Manage own workload to ensure that deadlines are met, and standards are achieved
  • Assist the senior members of the team in implementing any new solutions for improved efficiency within the workflow
  • Maintain excellent record administration so as to have an accurate log of work carried out as part of the service
  • Ensure all reporting and management requests are accurate and delivered on time
