This home-based role offers a competitive salary (P60,000 - 80,000 monthly gross package) and a 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Manila time schedule. Responsibilities include client interaction, document drafting, estate planning, legal research, record maintenance, scheduling, and notary services. The ideal candidate has experience drafting estate planning documents, preparing wills and trusts, and possesses excellent communication skills. A Juris Doctor (JD) is highly preferred. Requirements

• Experienced in drafting Estate Planning Documents
• Experienced in preparations of Wills and Trust
• Conducts relevant legal issues, statutes and regulations to support attorneys in their case preparation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on case progress, answering inquiries, and maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor when working with individuals and families
• Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with attorneys to assess clients' estate planning needs and provide recommendations, including the establishment of trusts, asset protection strategies, and healthcare directives
• Conduct research on relevant legal issues, statutes, and regulations to support the attorneys in case preparation and strategy
• Maintain organized and accurate client records, ensuring all documents and communication are properly documented and easily accessible
• Manage attorney schedules, including court dates, client meetings, and deadlines, to ensure efficient time management and case progression
• Act as a notary public to notarize legal documents as required

Preferred Qualifications

• JD is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in Legal Software tools such as Clio is a plus
