Join Prolific as the Participant Community & Development Manager and play a key role in fostering a thriving community of participants crucial for AI model training. You will maintain a participant learning hub, craft weekly updates, lead engagement strategies, and partner with support teams to resolve issues. Data analysis and collaboration with various teams are essential to optimize workflows and ensure participant satisfaction. The position requires experience in L&D, community engagement, and creating training content, along with strong communication and project management skills.
Requirements
- Experience in L&D (learning & development), community engagement, or related
- Community management, training, or operations experience, ideally in tech, research, or service industries
- Experience creating multi-modal training content (written, video, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Slack, and Metabase
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and departments to achieve shared goals
- An interest in research, participant-focused processes, or human-centered design
Responsibilities
- Maintain the participant learning hub with relevant resources and develop engaging content and learning materials to help participants upskill
- Craft weekly written updates for participants, manage responses, and provide performance feedback to individuals and groups. Develop weekly client updates and join client calls to share insights and address concerns
- Lead the strategy for participant engagement and upskilling through monthly paid training programs, video content, and other initiatives
- Partner with support teams to resolve technical or operational issues for participants and act as the bridge between participants, clients, and internal teams
- Use data to identify trends and propose solutions to minimize churn and ensure satisfaction/engagement of the participant group, working with stakeholders across sales, operations, and product to address challenges and optimize workflows
- Oversee participant performance, develop workflows to ensure success, and explore commercial opportunities by collaborating with sales and services teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with participant panels or in participant recruitment for research studies
- Experience working within the AI industry
