Join Uberall as a Referral Partner Acquisition Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint. You will identify, recruit, and cultivate strategic partnerships in the EMEA region, focusing on referral partners whose client base aligns with Uberall's direct customer base. This involves in-depth research, developing acquisition plans, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will negotiate partnership agreements, execute joint marketing campaigns, and provide ongoing support to partners. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in acquiring and managing successful partner programs in SaaS or digital marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building relationships. Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in acquiring and managing successful partner programs in the SaaS, location marketing, or other digital marketing industries
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales process, pipeline management, and experience using CRM and sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- A passion for building relationships and driving business growth
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential top industry channels and partner segments whose direct customer base aligns with Uberall’s
- Develop a strategic partner acquisition plan, including targeted outreach strategies and tailored messaging
- Proactively reach out to potential partners through various channels (email, phone, social media) to establish initial contact
- Attend and network at industry events to foster relationships
- Illustrate strategic thinking in identifying unique ways to build partner-specific shared go-to-market strategies
- Qualify and prioritize potential partners based on their alignment with Uberall’s business goals and customer profile
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration
- Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that ensure successful ramp-up of referral lead volume, including revenue-sharing models and joint marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Facilitate long-term relationships between Uberall’s direct sales teams and partner customer-facing teams to create effective ‘sell with me’ strategies
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure their success
- Equip partners with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote Uberall’s solutions
- Work with marketing to develop compelling sales enablement materials
