You will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing a strong pipeline of catering partners, managing the entire sales process from cold outreach to contract signing. - Experience in partner management, sales, or customer acquisition

Responsibilities
- Lead Sales Lead Research, Generation & Management: Proactively identify leads and build a strong pipeline of catering partners in the DACH region. Take ownership of all steps in the sales process, from cold acquisition to contract signing
- Cold acquisition of qualified catering partners: Actively acquire new partners and build relationships with decision-makers in the gastronomy industry
- Qualification of catering applicants: Evaluate potential partners to ensure they meet heycater!'s high standards
- Onboarding of new catering partners and handover to Partner Management: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and seamless handover to the Partner Management Team
- Support and expansion of an assigned portfolio in the top 7 cities
Preferred Qualifications
- An affinity for the gastronomy industry is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus!

- Based on a full-time employment (40 hours per week), we offer a gross annual salary between 36 and 40k fixed + 6k bonus (uncapped) depending on your qualifications and experience
