Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing company or tech/startup environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and roles in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Familiarity with recruitment trends, labor laws, and best practices in hiring
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews, partner with compensation team on negotiating offers with candidates, and onboarding
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in alignment with company goals and growth plans
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication and a seamless interview process
- Work with People and Marketing teams to promote the companyβs employer brand through social media, events, and other creative initiatives
- Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to inform decision-making
- Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring inclusivity in the recruitment process
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify areas for improvement
