Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities, enabling effective collaboration across teams
  • Keen business acumen with the ability to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Live within reasonable commuting distance of Toronto office for in-person meetings

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with strategic partners to expand Blue J's market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including industry associations, alliances, technology providers, and other relevant organizations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing programs, including webinars and campaigns, managing the entire partner lifecycle from initial engagement through post-launch relationship nurturing
  • Lead negotiations and manage the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure successful partnership implementation and integration
  • Oversee partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and ensuring mutual success
  • Act as the primary liaison between Blue J and its partners, ensuring clear and effective communication to align objectives and expectations
  • Represent Blue J at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our brand and partnership opportunities
