Summary

The job is for a Partner Marketing professional at Blackpoint Cyber, a fast-growing cybersecurity firm. The candidate will build relationships with MSPs, alliances, and distribution partners, create compelling partner marketing campaigns, lead the development of partner ecosystem content, identify and pursue partner-provided marketing opportunities, and track the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business, marketing, or other related discipline
  • 5-10 years in partner marketing, preferably in technology, IT, or cybersecurity
  • Experience doing a similar role with large strategic partners in the software industry
  • Experience managing market development funds (MDF)
  • Experience with two and three tier distribution models
  • Solid understanding of the MSP space
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Must be a strategic and analytical thinker with a pragmatic, data-driven mindset
  • Possess a keen ability to bring customer centric perspectives into go-to-market processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall Blackpoint Cyber sales and marketing strategy through developing, managing, and executing marketing programs with strategic partners
  • Build strong relationships with counterparts at MSP, Alliance, Distribution, and partner organizations
  • Create strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand BPC’s channel and partner value propositions
  • Help drive adoption of new and existing BPC offers by developing compelling partner marketing campaigns
  • Lead the development of partner ecosystem content and collateral
  • Identify and pursue partner-provided marketing opportunities that expand awareness with partners and customers
  • Work cross functionally with all internal BPC teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts, providing ROI and adjusting as needed
  • May be called upon to travel to events as needed to provide support and host channel programs
  • Create, launch and manage a tiered MSP partner program including MDF opportunities
