We are seeking a highly experienced corporate attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including in-house counsel roles and law firm training. You will leverage your expertise as a generalist to provide practical, business-focused legal support to our diverse clientele. This role offers flexibility to work full-time or part-time remotely, with the support of a collaborative and experienced team. Requirements

• Possess at least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney, serving as a General Counsel and/or in another senior in-house legal role
• Have 3+ years of law firm training
• Demonstrate substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
• Hold a J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• Maintain state bar membership in the state where you reside/practice

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-focused legal support to clients
• Serve as a responsive legal partner to clients
