You will be responsible for recruiting, converting, and enabling prospective MSPs and VAR partners. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and contributing to the presales cycle. We seek creative, confident, and self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of partner management experience in SaaS, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Requirements

  • 2-3 years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field
  • Strong communication skills are essential to effectively articulate the company's vision, convey product changes, and adapt to new strategies. Candidates must be business fluent in Spanish, as well as English
  • Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source new prospects
  • Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and build local relationships to drive results
  • Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement
