Summary
Join Encora as a Partner Development Manager (PDM) in a full-time, remote role based in India. This position focuses on building and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth. The PDM will define and execute global partnership plans, manage partner relationships to meet revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams. Success requires proven experience in partner development, sales, and exceeding revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience with software tech companies like Oracle and Salesforce. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a global company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing services partnerships with software tech companies like Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe, MongoDB, etc
- Experience working with System Integration/Consulting Services organizations
- Proven track record in partner development, management, and sales, with a history of exceeding revenue goals and driving successful partner programs
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and structure complex initiatives, programs, and deals
- Results-oriented and proactive in driving initiatives and creating new business opportunities
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functional and geographic areas within a global company
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing market conditions, client, and partner demands
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global partnership and business plan to align with Encora's revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end execution and achieve TCV targets for assigned partners
- Establish a regular cadence for pipeline, opportunity, and business reviews with partners
- Define strategic accounts and joint account planning for proactive business development
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on partner solutions and technologies
- Communicate partner strategies, value propositions, and GTM strategies to business unit leaders and sales teams
- Drive the development of sales enablement materials and collaborate on partner-delivered enablement strategies
