Requirements

• Experience with B2B sales in a competitive environment
• Experience with controls and existing relationships in the HVAC business are highly desired
• Successfully completing a Bachelor’s Degree is considered an asset
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand customers’ business needs and provide solutions
• You’re a highly motivated self-starter that can prioritize projects and deliver results
• You have a very strong bias for action and work with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Work closely with existing Mechanical partners to support their sale of Mysa HQ
• Serve as their link to Mysa for marketing, sales, and promotional support
• Represent the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders to guide product and program development
• Prospect new partners and promote the value of Mysa HQ to their business
• On board new partners and continue supporting them for the long term
• Think big, and identify opportunities to grow the Mysa HQ business in new areas
• Travel within North America and represent Mysa HQ at national and regional events
