Join BlueCat's Global Channels team as a Partner Development Representative (PDR) and play a key role in expanding our reach within the Canadian partner community. This position focuses on building strong relationships with partners, providing sales enablement, and managing deal registration. You will be a vital internal communicator, aligning strategies with BlueCat's sales teams and partners. Requirements
- University degree required
- 1-2 years of related Partner, Sales, or Sales Development experience
- Fundamental understanding of tiered channel sales models
- Self-directed, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills and strong business acumen
- Proactive and initiative to get things done, flexibility
- Ability to work tactfully through challenging client issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in calling and speaking with various levels within an organization including C-level executives

Responsibilities
- Focus on Partner Sourced New Logo (PSNL) business generated by the Channel
- Develop strong relationships and be viewed as a “trusted advisor” with BlueCat partners and grow the partner relationship
- Provide sales enablement for partners on best practices to support their client base successfully and reflect the BlueCat brand as a market leader
- Supporting internal BlueCat sales teams in alignment with our partners, and their field teams
- Ensure alignment of the strategy with the BlueCat partner sales teams; understand their coverage models and strategies; know their focus in areas of target accounts, verticals, geography, and market coverage
- Manage deal registration, forecast and pipeline with BlueCat channel partners, coordinate partner engagement and sales activities with BlueCat regional sales teams
- Prospecting into partners sales teams to find new BlueCat opportunities with partners, guiding them through the process of keeping up with our innovation, new products & services and everything new at BlueCat
- Provide insight on partners’ needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent their views, requirements, and experience throughout the organization
- Recruit, enable, and nurture resell partners
- Aligning both BlueCat and our Partners marketing teams, to drive demand generation programs and marketing plays
- Align with the regional BlueCat sales team to foster reseller relationships and engagement to drive net new business throughout the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Allbound, SalesForce, Gong, ZoomInfo
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
