Requirements

  • Proven track record in a high-volume demand generation or business development role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey value quickly
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to tracking activity and success

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and virtual meetings to engage prospective IT Service Providers and introduce them to our Service Partner Program
  • Effectively communicate the value of the Secureframe Service Partner Program, platform, and overall company to potential partners
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to partner sign-up, while tracking all interactions and activities in the CRM
  • Work closely with the Partner Team to align recruitment efforts with broader company goals
  • Meet and exceed activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings) and productivity goals (number of new partners signed)
