Join PosiGen as a Partner Development Representative and contribute to our mission of providing affordable solar and energy efficiency solutions. This remote position, preferably in specific US locations, focuses on exceptional account management, supporting partners, prospecting new opportunities, and driving business growth. You will work closely with partners, providing support, training, and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves creating reports, maintaining relationships, and developing sales strategies. Success requires strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience in sales and renewable energy. This position offers a competitive salary and on-target earnings.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, including experience with cold-calling and lead qualification
- 2+ years of renewable energy experience
- Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with excellent command of Excel
- Excellent writing skills
- Comfortable presenting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt quickly as things change
- Strong prospecting skills
Responsibilities
- Work closely with PosiGen partners to ensure a seamless experience during their application and onboarding process
- Support partners with any questions about our program offering, technology, and experience
- Create reports and utilize data to monitor account performance for weekly and monthly check-ins with clients
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement to train and onboard new partners to the PosiGen platform
- Work internally with various PosiGen teams to create a successful partner experience
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners within your assigned region
- Identify partners' needs and explore opportunities to grow their business together
- Present product information to partners once their needs have been identified
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails to maintain communication with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new needs
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective partners
- Write and distribute agendas, proposals, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
- Create and maintain client files, and curate territory-specific lead lists
- Provide effective administrative support to partners and other PosiGen Channel Sales team members
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing demos
- Accomplish department and organizational goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests that align with the goals of the organization and position
- Maintain a working knowledge of your territory and industry trends
- Other duties as assigned by leadership

Reside in New Orleans, LA; Houston, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Philadelphia, PA; and the surrounding Northeast region (NJ, CT, MA, RI, NH)
Benefits
- Base Salary $60,000 β $80,000 USD
- On Target Earnings $100,000 β $110,000 USD
