Partner Development Representative

Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience in prospecting, sales development, or lead generation
• Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a focus on results and revenue impact
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a compensation structure influenced by performance
• Must be able to pass a background check and must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential partners through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
• Host enablement meetings with Account Executives at Partners, ask for intros to their customers based on print and technology needs, and schedule Discovery calls for PFLs software solutions with end customers
• Develop a strong understanding of PFL’s value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed performance metrics, including lead generation targets and conversion rates
