Summary
Join Recast Software as a Sales Development Representative and drive growth across EMEA. You will manage the full sales cycle, from proactive outreach to closing deals, engaging with IT professionals at all levels. Actively seek new opportunities, identify ideal customer profiles, and reach out with personalized messaging. Deliver engaging online product demos tailored to prospect needs and guide prospects through the platform. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Channel Management, and the wider Sales team. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions have a direct impact. Help customers discover the value of Recast Software in optimizing their application and endpoint management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B Inside Sales or Business Development experience selling a technically complex product to technical personas
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
- Proven experience delivering engaging (online) product demonstrations
- Familiarity with the consultative sales approach and long-term relationship building
- Strong communicationskills, fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Self-starter who is eager to get on the phone and call prospects
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with new prospects across target markets through outbound outreach, including personalized emails and cold calling
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including qualification, product demonstrations, and proposal development
- Deliver high-quality (online) product demos tailored to the prospect's business and IT needs
- Follow up on inbound leads and work closely with Marketing and Channel Partners to drive demand generation
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to continuous improvement of our sales processes and go-to-market strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to enhance outreach strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and provide valuable insights to support the sales process
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with SalesForce and other sales tools - Gong, Outreach, Zoom Info, etc
- Knowledge of IT and software solutions, specifically end-user computing and patch management
