Partner Enablement Specialist

Summary

Join insightsoftware's Partner Enablement group as a Partner Enablement Manager! Guide partners in designing and building insightsoftware applications for our customers. Leverage your finance expertise and technical proficiency to provide coaching, architectural guidance, and technical support. Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, monitor application performance, and contribute to product development. This role requires a deep understanding of financial roles and processes, along with excellent technology and communication skills. Up to 25% travel is required.

Requirements

• Possess in-depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis
• Demonstrate excellent technology skills related to product implementation
• Be proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have a basic understanding of consolidations and planning functions/processes
• Be able to answer intermediate-level product questions on various functionalities
• Be willing to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Support partners during the build phase, providing examples of artifacts and explaining their significance
• Offer architectural guidance and technical expertise during critical project milestones
• Regularly update insightsoftware Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success on personal and project status
• Work with Customers, Partners, and internal teams on Salesforce cases related to Application Design
• Conduct Application Health Checks and Reviews to ensure optimal performance
• Assist Product Teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new features and functionalities
• Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure Partner Project Readiness
• Commit to becoming a Subject Matter Expert in required areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), or other relevant certifications
• Have experience with EPM solutions such as SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BOFC, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos, or similar
