Summary

Join Parsec Automation Corp. as a Partner Growth Manager and be responsible for managing and growing relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners in the MES space, supporting SI partners in scaling their TrakSYS practice, driving joint revenue growth, and expanding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from license sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MES or manufacturing technology sales, with a deep understanding of the value proposition of MES solutions
  • Ability to support partners in delivering high-value TrakSYS solutions to customers, focusing on both technical and business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience managing partner relationships, preferably with system integrators in a software or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partner-led initiatives and business planning
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners
  • Experience working with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns for channel partners
  • Proven ability to ensure partners pursue company-generated leads, track progress, and provide feedback to optimize marketing efforts
  • Strong skills in pipeline management and forecasting, with a focus on developing leading revenue indicators
  • Experience executing joint business plans with measurable outcomes that drive mutual success
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and business metrics to drive actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate partner activities and ensure alignment with Parsec’s strategic goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Previous experience with MES or MOM software is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with SI partners to enhance mutual value
  • Serve as the main liaison for partners, aligning Parsec’s resources to support partner success
  • Conduct joint business planning sessions with partners, establishing measurable goals and tracking performance to drive TrakSYS growth
  • Collaborate with partners on pipeline creation and management, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with Parsec’s revenue objectives
  • Drive growth in TrakSYS license ARR through joint business plans, opportunity development, and shared responsibility for lead generation
  • Work with partners to forecast and track their sales pipeline, providing Parsec with leading indicators of future revenue
  • Ensure partners are actively contributing to lead progression, tracking lead registration, and progressing opportunities through to deal closure
  • Ensure Parsec-generated leads are shared with partners and actively pursued, tracking progress and outcomes
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and applicability to continually improve lead generation efforts
  • Ensure partners have the resources and support needed to execute joint business plans, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Provide pre-sales support, helping partners deliver high-quality POCs and solution templates to customers
  • Identify and address gaps in partner capabilities, offering training and guidance to help them deliver TrakSYS solutions effectively
  • Ensure partners meet program requirements and uphold commitments to joint business plans
  • Establish a system for tracking partner performance against key business metrics, including license ARR growth, lead conversion, and pipeline health
  • Regularly report on partner performance, including forecasting, pipeline updates, and progress toward revenue goals
