Summary

Join Xplor Pay's Partner Launch team as a Partner Onboarding Manager and play a crucial role in integrating new partners. You will manage the onboarding process, develop a deep understanding of partner organizations and their business models, and build strong relationships through consistent communication. Responsibilities include training partners on Xplor resources, communicating product features, introducing partners to relevant teams, and ensuring successful integration and certification. You will also identify marketing opportunities and prepare a smooth handoff to the long-term Partner Development Manager. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • Must have payments experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and/or related field
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of available Integration options, features, and benefits
  • Develop understanding of Partners’ organizations, including roles/responsibilities, key stakeholders, and decision makers
  • Become educated on Partners’ business models and help determine go to market strategies
  • Build relationships through recurring communication with Partners (weekly calls/email/Slack)
  • Train Partners on available Xplor resources such as Partner Home, Merchant Home, Virtual Terminal, and Campus to promote self-service
  • Understand and communicate Product features and benefits to Partners
  • Introduce partners to relevant Xplor teams and resources so they have an understanding of our organization and the best ways to leverage the partnership
  • Complete Partner Onboarding process including all documented steps and track dates of completion
  • Successfully complete the Partner’s Integration Certification and lead Partner through beta phase
  • Provide all necessary documentation and education for a successful handoff to long-term Partner Development Manager
  • Identify potential Marketing opportunities for long-term Partner Development Manager to implement

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years related experience managing ISV Partners preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs
