Partner Manager

Summary

Join Eye Security, a rapidly expanding cybersecurity company, as their MSP Partner Manager. You will be instrumental in developing and expanding our network of security-oriented partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, engaging potential partners, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities include supporting partners, presenting solutions at events, and contributing to joint business plans. The position requires at least 3 years of experience as an MSP Partner Manager, a strong understanding of cybersecurity, fluency in German and English, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as MSP Partner Manager
• Understanding of cybersecurity landscape and able to integrate them into client / service models
• Fluency in German and English language
• Analytical skills and a solid strategic planning ability
• Entrepreneurial hand-on mindset and team player, striving to find solutions
• Presentation skills accompanied by great communication skills
• Used to work with ambitious targets

Responsibilities

• Build our partnership and eye sales network with security-oriented partnerships
• Be responsible for the successful cooperation and the continuous expansion of business relationships with our partners
• Provide professional support for our partners from the drafting of contracts to the closing of deals
• Present our solutions at trade fairs and events
• Work closely with your colleagues from Sales and Marketing and other teams as needed
• Create concepts, support and manage the partner in the implementation of the joint business plan
• Be open to travel up to 60% of the time
