Summary
Join OpenPhone as their first Partner Manager to build and grow success with agencies, systems integrators, and other partners. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will drive growth through a new agency partner program, manage a partner sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will foster shared success for partners and OpenPhone, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the partnership ecosystem. This role requires 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue. Requirements
- Experienced in partnerships: You have 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, sales, channel management, or account management, with a proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and managing a sales pipeline
- Relationship builder: You excel at building trust and meaningful relationships with partners, understanding their goals, and aligning them with OpenPhone’s objectives to create shared success
- Strategic and hands-on: You know how to connect strategy with execution, creating and managing partner programs that deliver measurable outcomes and drive growth
- Deep understanding of partnership ecosystems: You bring experience in B2B SaaS and understand the nuances of working with agency, solutions, and partners to deliver mutual value
- Collaborative communicator: You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and can effectively engage stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
- Builder mindset: You thrive on designing and launching partner tactics, programs, or strategies from scratch, focusing on scalability and driving measurable impact
Responsibilities
- Drive partner-led growth by managing and nurturing relationships with agency, solutions, and partners. Ensure they are engaged, equipped, and motivated to refer and champion OpenPhone
- Provide partners with the tools, resources, and insights they need to position OpenPhone effectively for both new deals and existing customer expansions, helping them elevate their own services and drive new revenue streams
- Build trust with partners by serving as their dedicated point of contact at OpenPhone, conducting regular check-ins, and creating co-marketing opportunities to amplify their success
- Develop and manage a partner sales pipeline, prioritizing high-potential partners and opportunities. By proactively identifying where OpenPhone can make the most significant impact, you’ll ensure sustained growth across each partner’s book of business
- Act as a key advocate for partners within OpenPhone, gathering and sharing their feedback to help shape enablement resources, product development, and future partnership strategies
