Partner Manager

Summary

Join Patreon as a Partner Manager, Top Creators and build trusted relationships with our largest 18+ creators. You will partner with various teams, drive earnings and product adoption, and level up creators' product mastery. This role requires 3+ years of experience in creator success or creator management and 3+ years in 18+ content and/or trust and safety management. The position is based in New York or San Francisco (hybrid) or Los Angeles (remote). You will work to expand feature offerings, address creators' business needs, and inspire evangelism for Patreon. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creator success or creator management
• 3+ years of experience in 18+ content and/or trust and safety management
• Product and revenue expansion
• Applying data insights to customer needs
• Cross-functional partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing deep, long-term partnerships with a small portfolio, particularly with creators making sensitive 18+ content
• Comfortable viewing sensitive, disturbing and offensive content on a daily basis. Mental toughness and resilience to maintain a healthy work life balance
• Proven success in an environment with revenue and/or product adoption growth targets with each managed account
