Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Partner Marketing Associate in SΓ£o Paulo! You will play a key role in expanding our partner network, focusing on Spanish-speaking countries. Requirements
- Native speaker or fluent in Spanish - essential to collaborate with partners in region
- Fluent English - essential for global collaboration
- Previous experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing or digital marketing, with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate goals, campaigns, and strategies to partners and internal teams
- Nurturing long-term relationships and building trust with partners and internal stakeholders through regular, meaningful communication and engagement
- Managing timelines, responsibilities, and expectations across multiple partners and stakeholders. Balancing multiple partnerships and campaigns at different stages of development
- Ability to navigate change, whether itβs shifting market dynamics, new partner needs, or internal re-alignments
- Ability to work closely with teams across marketing and partnerships organizations
Responsibilities
- Implement the Partner Value Prop: Implement key messaging to attract and engage Wishlist partners eg by developing compelling sales materials such as one pagers, case studies, presentations, videos
- Support market positioning: Work with our corporate communication and partnerships teams to identify and implement key media opportunities to present Wellhub effectively to the fitness and wellness industry
- Own the GTM strategy for new Partner launches: Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive partner awareness and growth (new users) with parallel marketing teams when we launch new partners
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report out on the success of the activities you are responsible for, using KPIs like user growth, lead generation and campaign performance data
- Create meaningful relationships with Spanish Speaking partners and fitness associations
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the partnerships, marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive collective success
