Join ReSource Pro's Marketing Team as a Demand Gen/Growth Marketing Expert! In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in digital marketing and demand generation to achieve strategic growth objectives. This is a remote position with a salary range of $62,605 - $110,000, depending on location.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience with B2B Growth Marketing
- 5+ years of experience managing and executing growth/demand generation campaigns
- Experience utilizing Marketo/Pardot, Salesforce, Google suite, SEMrush, and Figma, or similar program required
Responsibilities
- Produce, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including PR, digital, events, email, paid media etc
- Support vertical leads and ABM manager with campaign best practices and channel strategies, identifying opportunities to weave campaigns together across channels and meet revenue targets
- Translate strategies identified by leadership across marketing and revenue to create and manage campaigns, ensuring execution and results aligns with established goals
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue operations teams to measure and report on key metrics from all campaigns and activities, identifying wins, loses, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze campaigns including any component that is customer facing and ensure any singular channel campaign strategy is developed into an over-arching theme/message β hitting on multiple channels
- Project management of all campaigns and growth initiatives, and ensure teams are activated across marketing to effectively meet deadlines and meet KPIs
- Manage cross-functional campaign communication, ensuring understanding of activities in market and the impacts toward KPIs are clear and concise
- Effectively lead in campaign and demand best practices through collaboration process with internal teams on activities related to driving revenue and growth goals of ReSource Pro
- Establish best practices, ideas, and executional alignment to enhance growth strategies using marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, monitor, and improve strategic marketing initiatives
- Support in development of competitor analysis, customer testimonials, and other items needed to effectively execute growth initiatives

Insurance industry experience a plus
