Summary
Join A-LIGN as a Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead the expansion of our partnership program. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partner marketing programs, managing partner-facing communication, and curating partner resource libraries. Analyze program performance, design partner-driven campaigns, collaborate on partner-focused initiatives, and continuously optimize program effectiveness. This role requires a global perspective, leading partner marketing across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the VP of Demand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of partner marketing experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally with a focus on demand generation or campaigns
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, and meet deadlines
- Strong project & program management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Proven problem solver that takes initiative
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing programs
- Own the partner-facing communication strategy (think : webinars, newsletters, content)
- Manage and curate partner resource libraries to support enablement of the field
- Analyze program performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Design partner-driven sales & marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with events on partner-focused initiatives
- Continuously optimize & improve partner program effectiveness
- Strategy development & deployment: Develop the strategic vision for partner marketing β and then execute on the comprehensive plan; own the day-to-day execution for a wide range of partner marketing initiatives, including creative, budget, targeting, and reporting
- Partner & field enablement: Own the partner-facing communication strategy to enable the field; develop strategies & materials for partner enablement; drive systems to educate & reward partners
- Campaigns: Develop the co-marketing activity calendar to support sales strategy; create & execute on quarterly marketing plans with partners to generate demand & meet sales and pipeline objectives; create and manage content, as needed, to support partner programs
- Content development: Develop content for partner marketing opportunities, including webinars, blog posts, talks, keynotes, social media, and PR
- Relationship building: Establish relationships with key stakeholders within the partner ecosystem and joint clients to drive programs forward
