Summary

Join Mitratech's global team as a Partner Marketing Manager and drive new logo acquisition and pipeline growth through the North American partner ecosystem. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and enable partner teams to support new customer acquisition and cross-sell motions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, sales leadership, and marketing teams. This remote position, based in Canada or the US, requires experience in channel, partner, field, or growth marketing, a bachelor's degree, and proven success in executing integrated marketing campaigns. You will build and execute partner-facing marketing programs, collaborate on joint field events, design co-branded campaigns, and analyze campaign performance for optimization. The role demands excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in either Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Field or Growth Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing
  • Demonstrated and successful history of building and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Hubspot and Confluence
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute partner-facing marketing programs aligned with new logo acquisition goals and cross-sell within GTM motions including (HCM,PEOs and Influence Partners)
  • Collaborate and own the partner journey on joint field events, partner roadshows, lunch-and-learns,webinars, etc and presence at industry conferences to generate qualified pipeline
  • Design co-branded and co-marketing campaigns with internal and external partner stakeholders that highlight the joint value proposition and accelerate deal cycles
  • Establish collaborative cross-functional relationships with marketing peers to execute and support large multi-channel campaigns
  • Use a test-and-learn mindset to experiment with marketing channels (email, paid, events, webinars, content syndication)
  • Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc
  • Collaborate with Strategic Enterprise, and Executive Partner Sales as well as various teams in Marketing to execute on tailored content and competitive positioning across the portfolio
  • Analyze performance of partner campaigns to drive continuous optimization and scale what works
